  • Are the particles magnetic or are they metal? I would get one of those business card magnets and tape it to the end of a vacuum hose. Poke small holes in the magnet and use it to vacuum the area. Have a bucket to place the particles in near the cleaner. If this is not strong enough, get a heavy duty magnet and do this by hand. If the particles are themselves magnets, how about using the same idea only using steel?

  • I would not vacuum it unless you have a good filter on. Don't want that dust in the air. Try using a magnet wand...from an auto parts store.
