  • Sounds like what I'm going through. You sound constipated. Get some fiber capsules and drink lots of water. Once your stool softens, it should stop making tears that bleed. Every time you have a bm, it opens the tears back up and it's really painful!!

Google constipation for other remedies. Or make a trip to the doctor if things don't get better, don't be embarrassed!

  • You sound constipated. If you are you could be tearing your anus from the hard stool coming out. It's just little tears and heal up pretty quickly after you've gone. If you're finding blood in your stool, or an actual stream of blood after/while/before you pass stool, then it could be something more serious. It's nothing to be ashamed of, everyone has issues once in a while with their bowel cycle. Just take some prune juice or a natural laxative to help soften your stool. If that helps and your cycle goes back to normal, and the bleeding stops then you should be fine. If it continues for more then a few days after you've taken stool softners and/or the bleeding becomes worse from the point of this entry then make a doctor's appointment. Don't hesitate going to the doctor if you think it's a serious issue. You don't want to question an issue and end up it getting worse. All the best!

  • yeah get stool softeners and don't be afraid to take a lot of them. Also get the suppositories for hemorrhoids you can pick them up at walmart for a couple of bucks. It will get better but don't stop using all the medicine as soon as it gets better keep using it for a few weeks and you shouldn't have any more problems.

  • If you soften your stool and take your time the hemroids will go away on their own, but you have to get a stool softner and start drinking more water during the day.

  • Sounds like you are constipated ... first you need a stool softener ... and second when you go, don't push ... just sit there and let it come out on it's own ... and third, you need more fiber in your diet so your stools will be softer and more 'normal".

The bleeding isn't something to worry about as long as you aren't gushing blood. Sometimes when you strain too much, it will pop a vessel. Similar to blowing your nose too hard .. sometimes there is a little blood.

You can introduce fiber in a variety of ways, foods rich in fiber, fiber pills, fiber drinks, or health shakes with fiber powder added.

  • Cool washrag or hemorrhoid pads after you go will be very soothing and help w/ the pain some.
