Wearing almost knee high boots over jeans...hookerish or cute?

I bought a pair of awesome black suede boots yesterday on sale. I love how they look over my jeans, but I don't want to be looked at as hookerish. I feel fabulous in them, but again, I just don't want to give off the wrong impression. What do you think?

  • Don't listen to these moms. The ones saying they're hookerish or high schoolish are probably sitting at home in their sweat pants and Keds with a tshirt that says "Mama loves my gang" on it.
Its in style for any age to wear boots with skinny jeans. If you were over 60 I'd say cut it out but if you aren't go for it. Wouldn't you rather look good than look like a big giant dork because thats what moms on Cafemom tell you to do?

  • Definitely hookerish. Wear them with a skirt or dress.

  • It's in the low 30's, definitely too cold for a skirt or dress lol. Thanks for your answer though!

  • How high is the heel? Under two inches: wear them over the jeans. Over two inches: you got "hooker boots"

  • The heel is about an inch and a half and it's a chunky one, not stiletto lol
