Looking for good toddler books...

My daughter loves spotting the little mouse in "Good Night Moon". It's not that she likes mice - it's the hunt for the same little picture on each page that she likes. Do you know of other books like this? I know about the "I Spy" books but she doesn't really like those and they don't have a "story" I can read to her.

  • There is a BEAUTIFUL book called, "The Day the Babies Crawled Away" which is very sing songy and sooo artfully done... anyway.. .there is a caterpillar, a butterfly and an upside down baby on every page for them to discover.

It is a favorite in these parts!

  • Ask the worker at a book store like barnes and nobel they would know. Also try the library.  they would know too.

  • Have you thought about a subscription to the highlights magazine? It's not expensive and it has a seek and find and stories.
