  • Nothing processed, whole foods, nothing chemically inhanced, nothing artificial. It's pure, natural, and straight from the earth foods.

  • My sister is HUGE into this. There's several books...The Eat Clean Diet...google it...it just means eating a lot of whole, unprocessed foods. It's not really hard to do but just expensive and requires giving up cheese! So I couldn't do it...but it allows you to eat a lot more food than you would think. my sister is REALLY slim and in great shape and she eats clean.

Yes. And it's not really expensive at all if you know how to shop. Prepackaged, processed junk costs more.

  • I have been eating clean (ok other than peanut butter cups) for about 6 months now. I eat only all natural foods. Nothing processed. I eat mainly fresh fruits, veggies and occasionally organic chicken breast. I feel so much healthier, I never get sick now. My whole family had a stomach bug and a nasty cold within the last month. I didnt catch either. I also lost 15 pounds without even trying.
