Has anyone???

Has anyone gone off sugar for a time?? How did your body react? It's been 3 days now for me. It's not............ easy for me to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Any advice???

  • Yes! It takes a while, because you are having withdrawal symptoms. Keep it up, you won't regret it! Also, remember that corn syrup is even worse than sugar!

  • My only advice is just ride it out. It's so hard, I know, but it's so worth it! Eat plenty of complex carbs (no sugar added shredded wheat, quinoa, and baked potatoes helped me most! )
