What should I replace my morning Dr. Pepper with?

Not water! I need something with flavor and preferably caffeine.

  • Iced tea has a good amount of caffeine, so does COFFEE (drink it iced, hot, blended into a 'shake")

  • I drink Iced tea when trying to cut back on my DP, cause I drink way too many of those. lol You can sweeten with sweet n' low or splenda or that new sugar substitute which is real good...um... Truvia.(it does taste like sugar like they say it does)

  • Try espresso, it's yummy, sweeten it according to your taste...if you're trying to go healthy, black tea has a lot of caffiene and is good for you, green tea- a little less caffiene.  Good for you for trying to quit drinking pop, it's really bad for you!
