My washer or dryer is RIPPING my clothing - HELP!

Sometimes it looks like a mouse chewed up my son's cotton, I have triangle tears in his army camo pants. I don't know if it is the washer or dryer though. But it is getting worse.

  • make sure you zip up all zippers before washing & drying!
also, any existing holes will get worse, especially if you washer has an agitator in it.

  • Could you be over loading?

Or using too much bleach on your whites along with hot water?

If you do get a new washer and dryer get a front loader I love mine so much I can wash two load at a time and I am done with my wash in one day...GL
