is personal trainer a good benefit to prenatal exercise?

i am currently 4 months pregnant and thinking of getting a personal trainer for 3 least that will push me to actually it worth the extra spending???

  • i dont think you need to go and spend your extra money on something like that when your prego unless you REALLY have a lot of extra. Spend that on baby or pamper yourself. You dont have to go crazy with exercising....just mostly stretches and walking is best. :)

  • It is not a good idea to start a new workout routine while pregnant, walking is best and there are some low impact things you can do but if your body isnt used to the stronger workouts it isnt good for baby. Most gyms offer a consultaiton to come up with a workout plan that you can do without a trainer on your own, i would do that, that way you have gotten advise and they are aware of your condition and keep you and baby safe while keeping you in shape.

  • Only if they specialize in prenatal workouts. I'd go to the library or Blockbuster and get a workout tape for Pregnant moms that my doctor approved of.
