  • VERY low birth weight! My mom smoked while pregnant with me. I was very low birth weight - AND - have never been able to gain weight my entire life. I am almost 28 and am barely 110lbs post baby! I wear a 4.5 ring size, have bad vision, am VERY picky eater...

  • My cousin smoked up until her 8th mo w/ both her kids. None had low birth weights, they were very healthy and they are very intelligent. I dunno, someone said something about it being good for the baby?! lol I know, silly right. but I never did it. I just quit all together and my kids came out fine too. it depends on the situation.

  • Theoretically its the same as smoking cigarettes but most marijuana smokers do not smoke as frequently as cigarette smokers. There are no concrete findings on marijuana being specifically harmful and for a drug thats been so prevalent in our society for so long there would be if there were. Most studies are based with propaganda in mind from the start. Marijuana studies are also combined with crack and cocaine and then the results are blended for the desired results that portrays marijuana to be much worse then it is. In studies you will only hear may cause, or its been known. I'm not trying to give you a regurgitated PC answer but an honest one. I am not advocating marijuana use by anyone. You never know whats in an illegal substance or what pesticides were used. But please check out the Canadian Marijuana study and the Jamaicanmarijuana project.

  • The Jamaican marijuana study was conducted by British doctors on pregnant woman. Apparently they smoke it and drink it in tea as commonplace medicine

  • It seems from my experience, knowing moms who smoked while pregnant, that it may cause behavior issues, vision issues, low birth weight, learning problems.........
