How much do you charge for daycare?

Just wondering. I need a mentally stable caretaker, not some welfare mom trying to make a couple bucks on the side.........................someone who is willing to work with me and provide a taxpayer id and will report their income.

  • I can't help you being I have no clue where you are, However in the coming months I am playing on taking a child into my home 8-10hrs a day giving them 2 meals and 2 snacks and will be charging $100 a week..

  • This is what I charge - (and I charge daily,not weekly, if my parents know that they have a day off I do no make them pay as long as I get a two week notice about it so I can budget) Rates are also different depending on where you live, I am in PA

    up to 4 hours - $15.00
    4hrs 1min to 6hrs - $18.00
    6hrs 1min to 9hrs - $22.00
    over 9 hours - $27.00

  • I pay 120 a week for my three year old. They provide the lunch. WHen she was an infant we paid the same but I know that rates went up and now in the infant room it is 150 a week.

  • i am a licensed provider and i charge $150 for children up to 1 yr, $125 for 1-3 yr olds, and $100 for 3 and up. These are full time rates and i include breakfast, snack, lunch and snack.
