How would you decribe your active day?

I am talking about how do you manage to squeeze in some working out activities.

  • first thing in the AM after I send dh to work and get the kids up I do a quick 20minutes cardio

    then after dh is home (or the kids are in bed) I do one of my jari love dvds or a pilates.

  • I hit the gym everyday around 8 or 9am. I used to go at 5:45am BUT it is way to packed at that time. Then after I work out I come home and get ready to go to my kids school and work 3 days a week. I didn't think I would have time to go to the gym BUT I love it.....Nothing like having an hour to myself :)
