  • My son typical day looks something like thing

    breakfast (pick one)
    eggs with veggies blended in
    oatmeal with apples
    cold cereal mix with yogurt
all breakfasts are ended with either a banana or an apple

    Lunch
    grilled cheese with a veggie
    noodles with veggies
sandwich (which ends up being deconstructed)

Dinner is what ever we are eating

and usually something like fruit or cheese and crackers for snack

he also gets one glass of diluted juice a day and at least one glass of milk

  • By age two, a child should be eating whatever the grownups eat (a variety of healthy foods) and drinking lots of water.

  • I feed my 2yo the same things I feed everyone else for all 3 meals and whatever snacks we may have.

  • I used to keep a lot of nibble foods available, such as carrots, peanut butter w/crackers, celery with peanut butter or cheese, fruit bits, fruit smoothies and yogurt. Other than that they eat same things as adults, just smaller portions.
