Is there a GERD diet?

I want to lose weight but most importantly I need to eat the right foods for GERD. I am so tired of the pain and acid. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

  • just stick to nothing spicy and/or creasy. fruit juices are probably best wattered down. I would have to say IF you think it will give u heartburn dont eat or drink it :)

  • chocolate and spicy foods usually trigger it the most. Eat several small meals aday. I also beleive carbonated drinks are bad also. My daughter had GERD. But since she outgrew it we don't monitor her foods.
