I had reheated spaghetti and apple crisp. So much for my diet, but it was goood..... :)

  • Not quite time here. Trying to get the kids to tell me what they want. I'm thinking whole wheat crackers with co-jack melted on them, and apples & bananas. Maybe leftover tuna noodle hotdish.

  • Sick to my stomach with some sort of virus. I'll attempt some form of broth on hand in an hour or so once I keep gatorade down.

    Though if I were not sick I would be making myself a grilled Rueben sandwich of corned beef/sauerkraut/swiss cheese which is melted on Rye bread.

  • a turkey and cheese sandwich which I only got about 1/2 of due to my toddlers wanting bites LOL why is mommy's food always better than theirs even if it's the same damn thing?

  • Hubby is home today - he cooked pork chops!! I made mac & cheese to go with it & popped open a jar of applesauce! YUMMMM

  • I haven't had lunch yet but because I am on a low iodine diet (thyroid cancer survivor that has to have tests done this month) I am fairly limited. I get up at 11a so my breakfast is usually when others have lunch (around 1p) & I had Kashi oatmeal with salt & dairy free margarine & a glass of V-8 Fusion orange juice. For lunch I will have a loaded salad (Spring mix, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, 3 types of bell peppers, cherry tomatoes & onions) w/approved dressing and another glass of juice. I can't have any dairy products which sadly limits most of my options. Tonight I am grilling 2 chicken breasts that I have marinaded in the 2 dressings (1 for each dressing) I have so that I can switch up my lunch salads and add a little protein to them.

  • 6 inch Subway turkey breast on wheat with a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes, had 6 strawberries when I got home
