I have had several bad experiences with Walgreens and Walmart in trying to get my pictures developed (walgreens lost my order TWICE, and walmart came back glossy when I ordered matte, plus they automatically cropped pictures--so heads were cut off on pics I KNOW were not like that in the camera, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it!)
So someone was telling me about Snapfish and Picassa (online photo processeing). Has anyone used them? Do the pics come back nice? Can you choose matte finish or to not crop??
