Who makes Beef Booya?

I haven't made this since I was young! Got the rutabag chopped. Did the beef base. My recipe calls for 1 C. parsley! I can't recall how I did it 30 years ago! Do you use one cup of parsley? Any secret ingredient you suggest for me? Any replies are sweetly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
