  • Yes, it is possible to have something wrong with the baby. Prenatal do not prevent all complications of pregnancy and harm to a fetus. Go to the Dr.

  • Prenatal pills are only an extra source of nutrition for your baby. That is all they do. They do not prevent birth defects nor do they provide enough nutrition for a baby to thrive on...meaning if you aren't eating well, your prenatals will not make up for that. Like rkoloms said...there could be plenty wrong with your baby. Prenatals or not. You need to see a doctor.

  • If you're not going cuz you don't have insurance or someone to be there for emotional support call your county health department or hospital social services department, they will help you get care.

also BirthRight has some support services for pregnant women who are worried about care, might might not be pressure to adopt.

    Are you afraid of something?

  • Actually, the prenatals are not for the baby, they are for you. Yes, something could be wrong with the baby if you haven't received any prenatal care. Get to a doctor or health department or even Planned Parenthood...they can all help with prenatal care.

  • If you wait to long to see a doctor, due to liability reasons, no doctor will touch you. See a doctor immediately.

  • Don't these questions make you guys want to bang your head off a brick wall?

YES of course something COULD be wrong with a baby that has not been monitored or checked during a 5 month pregnancy. I pray your baby is ok but you are being VERY irresponsible and your baby isn't even BORN yet. What will you do once the baby is here? They need regular care and check ups...you better figure something out now.

  • Their is help out their for pregnant women for that reason. Prenatal care is something you dont want to mess with. You wont know if something is wrong. you cant see inside your belly. PLease for the baby's sake see a doctor. This is the most important time for a baby. Hopefuly you are not drinking or anything like that.
