  • He wants to spend time with his child, not the child's mother.

  • Not at all, it means he wants part in his childs life, not the mothers He'd let the mother know if so. or maybe he doesn't like the way the mother is doing things,, so he may feel he needs to step in, get rights and take over for his child

  • I'm really confused by the way you're asking questions.

If he wants rights to the child...good. Has nothing to do with the woman. If he doesn't want them...bad. Still had nothign to do with the woman. Forget her. She's not part of this. Just he child counts here.

  • LOVES HIS CHILD ?

Why would you even ask ?

If you can not trust him...get rid of him .
