  • I THINK my daughter weighed about 12 pounds and my son weighed 14 pounds. By the time my son was 6 months old, he was about the size of the average one year old, though(He'll be 4 in a couple weeks and is the size of the average 6 year old!). All weight and height charts are...are averages. Every child is different.

  • my son was 10 lbs but he was a small baby he was 5lbs at births there suppose to double there weight at 3 months and tripple there weight at 6 months

  • Breastfed babies should gain 1 to 1.5 pounds a month the first six months and double birthweight by 6 months. So a 7 pound baby should weigh around 11 pounds at 4 months and 14 pounds at 6 months. Then triple birthweight at 12 months, so 21 pounds.
