What to do about sleep issues

My baby is having issues sleeping. She whimpers in her sleep and cries out:( Even a couple times she will wake up suddenly and start crying hard and sit right up. IDK what to do for my little baby.

She is 9 months today. What can I do?
Yes she is teething but I dont think that is it.

  • She may be having nightmares. if she sleeps seperate from you take one of your shirts you wear to bed & put it on her fav stuffed animal & put in w/ /her, it smells like you & will offer her some more comfort.

  • My kids went through that too...it's just a phase..I guess they start dreaming about different stuff. She'll be fine.
