  • i would say that mexican chicken casserole sounds great. just my opinion though. i look on all the time. they have some really great recipes that are easy and kid friendly. love where you can put in what ingredients you have and it tells you what you can cook. hope your meal turns out delicious, whatever it is.

  • I cook simple, healthy, from scratch meals. Last night we had homemade chicken noodle soup, and tonight we are having grilled chicken, roasted root vegetables (potatoes and parsnips tonight), homemade rolls, and grilled corn. Other favorites of ours are turkey chili, homemade burritos using ground turkey, bean soup with cornbread, roasted chicken with baked potatoes or roasted vegetables, spaghetti or pasta with homemade meat sauce (we use lean ground bison or lower fat turkey italian sausage), and roasted turkey tenderloins with baked sweet potatoes. For recipes, PM me if you want.
