Depends on the toppings and how you make it. If you use a very thin homemade whole wheat crust, homemade sauce without all the extra sodium etc or no sauce, low-fat or no cheese, lots of veggies, maybe a little chicken cooked in olive oil, then yes, it's pretty darn good for you. If you're going to go out and get a deep dish, stuffed crust, piled high with meat & cheese pizza, that's just a heart attack waiting to happen. If you look at fast food comparison charts, 2 slices of thin crust cheese pizza is better for you than 1 little hamburger or chicken sandwich from someplace like McD's. So really, it's all in where it's from, how it's made, what's on it.
