does you family eat a little differently on week-ends than on week-nights?

Fancier, more casual? Carry-out or eat out?

  • No. Our routine doesn't vary much when it comes to meals. In the summer we often fend for ourselves on weekends because Mom and Dad are too busy to prepare or sit down and eat meals.

  • We eat out almost all meals on weekends. I cook 3x/day all week and just want something prepared for me!

  • We usually have breakfast and lunch together on the weekends. All meals are more relaxed

  • I make more breakfast foods then cereal. Might make a real lunch besides leftovers and dinner is about the same.

  • Breakfast is the only thing that is different for us on the weekends. During the week the kids eat breakfast at school, DH will have cereal, and I have either egg and toast, toast and jam, or a granola bar. On weekends, I make them more of a variety. Sometimes we have lemon blueberry muffins, pancakes, homemade waffles, sausage and egg breakfast burritos, omelets, etc. But lunches and dinners tend to stay about the same. We eat pretty much every meal at home, cooked from scratch.
