  • Between 1 and 3 am. That's my quiet time. No kids and no husband.

  • It varies, but as long as it's before dh starts to snore, I can still get a few hours rest before it gets too loud and wakes me up.

  • Usually midnight on a good night. Clearly it depends on the yougin's, but generally speaking no later then 1:00.

  • between 11:00 and 1 am usually.

    I need a couple hours of quiet time after the kids are in bed and the dishes and laundry are done.

  • I try to go to bed pretty early. Between 9 or 10. Morning comes to quick for me.

  • It depends. If I have to be up at 11 to make lunch for my high schoolers who come home (they only get 30 min. so I make sure it's ready when they walk in the door so they can enjoy their lunch) then I am asleep between 2-4a. When I don't have to be up at a set time I go to bed between 3-5a.

  • usually around 11:00 on the weekdays, i have to get up for work at 5:30. On the weekends i stay up late to get some quiet relaxing time.
