  • my son is 2 months and 3 weeks..
he eats about 5 oz every 4 hours, then at 9 he eats 5 more oz, cereal, and then sleeps from about 10pm-6am.

  • IMO you should feed on demand.

  • it varies baby to baby. but at 2 mos my dd was sleeping through the night.... a lot of babies don't! I think she was eating about 4 oz every 4 hours but if she got hungry I'd give her a bottle anyways. And they do get growth spurts so figuring it out all the time is difficult. If your baby seems to take well to a schedule than it's fine... but if baby gets fussier, let them figure it out. GL!

  • Even with me being a stay home mother I am not for feeding on demand. . @ 2.5m my son was sleeping through the night bc I had him on a schedule. He ate every 3hrs & at that point was eating 4oz at a feeding. (I was flexible if my son flipped out early and wanted to eat at the 2.5h mark) You just have to stay consistent!
