What are your favorite fitness DVD's?

I like Tracy Anderson's mat DVD, but am looking for some more cardio and yoga DVDs.

  • I like Yoga Now. I can't remember who teaches in those videos but they are great i think. Little bit of cardio with that yoga.
Also, Crunch Yoga is a mix of cardio and yoga as well.
If you are new to yoga the Yoga for Dummies video is very helpful. I am not new to yoga (but i am not advanced either) and i thought i would hate the videos but i found them helpful.

  • 3rd vote for Turbo Jam! You can buy a Turbo Jam Maximum Results package on Ebay for a great price. That is the one you should start with because it has the routine to teach you how to do the moves. Love to Turbo!

  • My favorite yoga dvd is Yoga Shakti. It has 4 preprogramed practices, or you can use the matrix to personalize a practice. I love it.
