How ‘bout dem Dems, eh?

There's only one political party in the entire world that is so inept, cowardly and bungling that it could manage to simultaneously lick the boots of Wall Street bankers and then get blamed by the voters for being flaming revolutionary socialists.
It's the same party that has allowed the opposition to go on a thirty year scorched earth campaign, stealing everything in sight from middle and working class voters, and yet successfully claim to be protecting ‘real Americans' from out-of-touch elites.
Today's Democrats are, almost without exception, embarrassing hacks who deserved to get stomped a long time ago.
Obama and his colleagues have now managed to bring the future of the Democratic Party into question, just a year after it won two smashing victories in a row.

  • Please stop making conservatives look like idiots. There are many of us that work hard every day to reach out to the other side, but this is a perfect example of why they do not listen to a voice of reason.

  • What our government needs is balance from both democrats and republicans. Some democrats I know are even conservative. There are goofballs in every party, and some very good men and women in every party. What we need is balance.

  • ITA with Goodmomma- Those who think this is a unilateral problem, as opposed to a POLITICAL problem are blinded, imo. Too many ppl in this country refuse to accept that these issues affect both parties, to the core!

  • Sure, in the past the Republicans have done their share of damage. But no one can blame the Republicans for the crater Obama and the Dems have put us in. Remember Republicans are the party of NO LOL All I have to say is Republicans are moving to the right and they are realizing they strayed from their roots. While there are still Rhinos the best news is Americans are awake and will indeed take care of them in the coming elections. As long as Americans stay on their toes and communicate to their representatives what they want and don't want, it doesn't matter what the politicians think.

  • itssme- I agree that a move to the center would be a good thing, but if you think the ideals of the extreme right are in line with the majority of Americans, I think you are sadly mistaken. Just as man here disagree with the extreme left, many mainstream Americans disagree with the thoughts and beliefs of those at the polar right-

  • Depends on what one considers 'extreme' sister...and you know Reagan was considered an extreme righty by some and he won by a landslide ..a REAL landslide...
