  • Can he actually pick up a book he has never seen and read it?

  • No he cant. He can say all the words on his flash cards. They are always in a different order so I know that he isn't just remembering them. When we read books he can recognize the words that he already knows and he shouts them out. Hes cute. During the day we read a book I will read a sentence and he will copy me. I think that helps a lot to. The program is more than just watching the video. You will have to put a lot of time and effort in to it. I also read him to sleep at night.

  • Yeah, that's the same level my son go to but then he lost interest and I didn't want to push it. I may try again with my yds and start him younger to see if he stays with it longer.
