Does ANYONE have a vanilla cupcake recipe that is moist and won't turn to a brick in a few hours!???

I have been looking everywhere for a good cupcake recipe that won't dry out or become crispy when they cool!
I have a crappy mixer so I have been making them by hand. Is there any tips or idea anyone has that I can improve a recipe???

  • Buy the dunkin heines mix and replace the water amount with milk (use whole milk it comes out the best)
