one more thing..sorry

I was really sleepy before my panic attack and now thats is gone for the most part im am extremly exhausted and i went to lay down dozed off for 5-10mins felt kinda dizzy and jumped up outta bed thought i was gunna pass out is this normal?
is this because im most likely so tired?

  • a panic attack can be triggered by numerous could be neurological or'll have to speak with a health professional to help you because it could be from something like stress or perhaps your adrenal glands, or even careful and consult a healthcare professional.

  • yea i had blood work done in late october everything was fine i just have a Sever panic disorder

  • Take a magnesium (with Vit D) supplement daily. Get a copy of No More Panic by Claire Weeks. Pick up a bottle of Rescue Remedy. Stop eating meat. Cut back on Dairy. No Caffeine. Build your diet around whole grains, vegetables, fruits and legumes.

  • yes that Rescue remedy is great i use it on my animals too on the 4th of july.
