If something says it contains "fruit puree concentrate" what does that mean? How is it different from just "fruit puree"?

  • concentrate means at some point the liquid was extracted out, then added back in. Makes it easy to ship. They will juice oranges overseas, boil it down to a thick liquid, ship it to the US then add water and package.
