  • I'm overweight, but, I don't have any health problems at all. I am also working on eating better. My son is healthy, no issues, not overweight, eats well...So, mostly healthy.

  • No. My husband won't eat vegetables or exercise. He says his biology doesn't require it lol. I'm overweight. Not terribly, but still. I don't exercise as much as I should. My daughter is pretty healthy, lol, but she's not even 2 yet, there's still time for our American lifestyle to screw her up.

We do eat healthy, though. Except for Max's no vegetable thing.

  • Our family is working on getting healthier. At this point we are the picuture of unhealthy. We are a dual income family and we eat way too many processed/convenience foods and lots of junk. It's just too easy to eat already prepared foods and it takes time to prepare healthy foods---at least until you get the hang of it. It's too bad that I let family get like this, but like I said we are working on it.

  • i think that we live healthier than most...but i am always trying to do better! i don't think we will ever be perfect, but there is always room for improvement.
i started my family late, and i really want to be healthy and strong and mentally with it when i am 100, so i can enjoy watching my children grow, and grand children and hopefully great grandchildren too!

  • Yes! We rarely get sick. We don't have chronic health issues that require medication We eat a balanced, plant based diet. We get a moderate amount of exercise.
