  • I didn't. My son was 10 months and was not interested any more. So I had to pump and bottle feed him for another 7 months.

  • 10 1/2 months. It wasnt hard. She took to the sippy cup right away. The only hard part was the pain of engorgement, which lasted about 2 or 3 days. I took motrin for that.

  • This is one of my last posts since I've decided to abandon ship-
I can tell you that my brother was almost 5 when he stopped because he kept getting sick and couldn't keep anything else down. They figure he would have died without the breast milk. He's now a healthy 6 foot 5 football player.

  • I didn't wean them. They wean themselves.
DD1 weaned just after she turned 2 years old (a month or two after).
DD2 is 15 months and still going strong. She'll wean when she's ready to.

  • My son is 8 months and still EBF, at this point I know I want to go 2 years. But beyond that I'm not sure. I would love to let him self wean, but I imagine after 2 years I'll be ready to have my body back, but maybe not.
