When is the best time to exercise?

I'd like to do it in the morning when I first get up before breakfast. Is there a best time to exercise? Do you think I should eat something small prior to starting?

  • First thing in the morning before you eat breakfast.. your body will be burning fat and not what you just ate!

  • For me, first thing in the morning before I wake up and realize what the hell I'm doing. I'm an exercise-phobe... words like "diet" and "workout" and "exercise" are curse words in my book.... so I need to trick myself. I'm an evil genius.
