  • Chicken pot pie! It's very easy but takes some time. . Especially if you just use biscuits on the top, instead of a pie crust. There are probably some recipes out there if you google it.

  • If you pm me, I have my very successful recipe for crispy fried boneless, skinless chicken breast nuggets or strips.
You can also cut them into small pieces and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chilli powder, salt, and black pepper, sautee in EVOO, and serve over rice or in tortillas with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream OR make into quesadillas.
I've got lots of ideas. Give me a holla! :)

  • Quesadillas

Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast Browned and Cubed.
Refried Beans (No need to heat through prior to preping the Quesadillas)
Shredded Cheese (We use Colby Jack)
    Butter (Optional)
    Flour Tortillas

Take on flour tortilla and spread desired amount of refried beans on half. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese and chicken ontop of the beans. Put a small amount of refried beans on other half. This helps keep the top down. Fold over other half of tortilla to cover the main ingredients. Spread butter over top. (Optional) Cook on George Foreman Grill or stove top skillet until browned, tortilla is crunchy, and cheese is melted.

  • Hmm.. marinate the chicken and fresh lemon and lime juice for an hour and bake it. It tastes pretty awesome, has a nice tangy taste but it's not too over bearing.

  • cheesey broccoli baked potato soup- boil a few potatos until soft (not mashed soft) drain and add one can of cream of cheddar cheese soup, a package of warmed broccoli pieces, thin with milk as needed or thicken with velveeta as needed, throw in some cubed cooked chicken pieces, served topped with sour cream, cheese, bacon bits!

oven fried chicken- crush corn flakes and add equal parts bisquick into a gallon zip top bag, marinated the thawed chicken in buttermilk for 5 min, take out and put in bag, shake around to coat well, bake in 400 degree oven for 45 min, serve with white gravy!
