  • Give her an extra chore every time she sasses or rolls her eyes.

  • HA! my son just started this. I took a love and logic parenting class this weekend and one silly come back they suggested was just ask her "can you see your brains when you do that?" when she does it again, kind of laugh and ask again. Make light of it.

  • Those are all great... I think I would add a natural consequence vs. a chore.

"Wow, that made me feel not so good, like you think I'm stupid. I'm not stupid, I"m your mother and desserve respect. If you want the same respect back, you will not roll your eyes at me.

I now do not want to be around you and I'll be going upstairs. The next time you want something from me and I don't answer, it will probably be because I am still hurt by the rolling eyes."
