  • My 8 yo and 14 month old can't get enough fruit! My 12 yo and 10 yo are a little pickier about which fruits they'll eat.

  • my kids love fruit and veggies, i keep bananas apples and oranges at all times and frozen berries when they are not in season. During farmers market season we go weekly and load up on fresh produce the kids love helping pick them out.

my kids also love having spinach salad with dinner most nights of the week.
