drinking coffee speeds up metabolism? so is it a good thin to drink while dieting, along with exercise?

Of course the coffee would be either black or fat free and a sweetener to make it healthier too. But will it help your diet?

  • I wouldn't. Coffee drys you up so you will have to drink water to keep you hydrated....A cup a morning wouldn't hurt but no it shouldn't be used as a diet supplement.
