I'd say about 13 yrs. ago I used to go jogging for about 1 or 2 hrs. I was single and when I met my dh I stopped...What I am asking her is dumb but do you think the body will remember what we used to do...lol I mean I'd like to get back on it and go from there and feel like I used to feel when I jogged. Don't laugh :) Just be honest.
