Roast beef

I want the perfect med rare roast beef,,any suggestions?

  • It depends on the cut of beef, the weight, the method of cooking, if you want veggies with it, if you want it seasoned, ect. The best bet is to do a google search.

  • Use a meat thermometer until the internal temp is around 120 F... let the meat rest for atleast 15 minutes before cutting into it.
