Did anyone have insomnia and tooth aches during the first trimester?

I'm not sleeping well. To my knowledge i'm not stressed out or anything and my teeth are driving me crazy. Just wondering if its normal.

  • Yes!! I actually had TERRIBLE tooth pain in the beginning of my first pregnancy. I was told it's common. Basically, ANYTHING can be a side effect of pregnancy! (lucky us, right?) I have insomnia a lot anyway, but pregnancy didn't help that either.

  • yep. pregnancy gingivitis is really common, even for those who normally have good dental health
