Various moves have shown various ways to pass a collection basket. Sometimes there is a basket passed around to every person sometimes there are people holding a basket with a long handle. Sometimes there are envelopes sometimes it is cash tossed in the basket.

ours isn't a basket, it's more like a nice velvet sack with 2 wood handles. 2 ushers stand in front of the pulpit, and we go put it in their. tithe goes in envelopes, offering can go with or without envelopes. if there is any other ministry they want to put money towards it goes in an envelope. there are ministries printed on the envelopes you can check and put how much you're wanting to give. say for instance you have $100 in there. you can give $20 to offering, $50 to tithe, $10 to childrens church, $20 to youth. there are other ministries but i figured those would be the best examples. or you can just give it all to whatever you want.
