whats wrong with his mouth? i noticed on the other small people they mouths are the same. its like there gums are too big.

  • Mostly it depends on the type of dwarfism. Zach has achodroplasia like his Mom. Their skulls are quite large in reference to to rest of their body. The gene disorder that causes it affect bone, tissue and cartilage growth. All the other 'normal' body parts wind up crammed into this amazingly little body. Because of that things are out of place or proportion.
