Do you take vitamins?

My doctor informed me that a woman, especially in her childbearing years should take vitamins. I was not even aware of that.

  • I'm breastfeeding so right now I take a prenatal vitamin. Before I got pregnant I took a woman's one a day, calcium and vitamin C. I will go back to that once I'm finished breastfeeding. I actually started taking the vitamins about 8 or 9 years ago when I was in the Navy. While I was on my first underway, I didn't eat nearly as healthy as I should and my nails were breaking a lot so I started taking vitamins.
