  • Elliptical machine if I had to choose treadmill. The bike is bad for ppl with joint problems the treadmill is good but the elliptical is great it burns 3 xs the bike and 2xs the tread.

  • Bikes can cause knee issues, it threw mine outa whack for some reason and I'm thin, active, healthy..weird, but my Mom said it's common...any exercise machine can throw your body outa whack I guess, so doing something we normally do like walk or swim...natural movements are always better..so..treadmill.

  • treadmill, the eliptical scares me i always think i am going to fall off lol. I hate the bikes they just make me hurt and not in a good way, its not the workout pain, its more a pian in my rear. I like that on the treadmill i can vary my workouts.

  • Recumbent bike - upright stationary bikes make your body sit unnaturally. Recumbent bikes are like sitting in a chair so it doesn't hurt your behind.
