Where to buy a Full,Floor length Gown for my dd's first communion?

Need some suggestions. My dd wants something very particular. I have been all over the net. I am needing your help. Your advice much appreciated:)

  • Nordstrom.com had some beautiful ones under a $100 and consignment shops are also a lot of fun to browse through I myself have found some amazing designer stuff for practically nothing.

  • Have you checked bridal shops? They have great dresses for flowers girls that might work. Also try craigslist. I've found a lot of things on there!

  • I think it helps to go to anywhere they sell flower girl dresses. I am buying my dds at a local childrens boutique. They are expensive! the veils are $30 but the dresses are going on sale for 1st communion so I'm hoping to get one for around $65.

    Seems that department stores carry them but they are pricey and they only have a few to pick from. YOu can order online but Im always worried about the sizing!

  • Have you been into JcPenney's I was just there yesterday and they had a nice selection of Communion dresses.
