What can I do about this purchase?

I ordered a few accesories from a company online. The next day they replied that 1 item was out of stock and would I like this other one or a refund? I then asked if they had this other one and if not then of course a refund for that item. It has been a week and have had no answer from them. They charged my account the day of purchase. The rest has not been shipped. I checked the BBB after all this and they have a D. My fault. I called their phone # listed on site and its disconnected. What can I do? I have sent several emails to them and have gotten no response.

  • I would dispute the charge with the bank or credit card.
