Why am i hungry again!

i just ate at 8 this morning took a prenatal and my collogen pills. with a bowl of honey nut cherios... and my tummy is growling right now!!!

  • You NEED more food. How about eggs, protein (like ham, bacon,) etc., and toast, a glass of OJ? You need a well balanced breakfast. A bowl of cereal is a great snack for mid morning. Eat a balanced lunch, afternoon snack, a good dinner. A snack before bed is also good so you do not wake up hungry. It will help you sleep better as well.

    Being pregnant is NOT a time for being on a diet. Just be sure that what you DO eat is healthy.

    Believe me a good diet is important for you and baby. Good luck.
