I have blue ink on my green microfiber sofa

I am sure no one else will notice but me they are tiny dots. I don't know how they got there even . But it is my first new furniture and it is only afew months old
Should I just let it go I am a fraid trying to clean it may spread it around .
What should I do ?

  • I know how you feel. There are a few things you can try to get it off. Alcohol, hairspray, hand sanitizer, and baby shampoo.

  • You can try a little hairspray, but it's likely it won't come out. If you use any water/soap based cleaner (as opposed to a solvent like hairspray) you will probably cause the ink to spread out and become far more noticeable. Ink is very difficult to remove and easy to screw up, so be careful. Even professional upholstery cleaners have a tough time with ink on fabric. Good luck.
